Delivery Conditions


When the customer wants to order products that he has added to his cart, he must click "Finalize Order" and fill in the data that will allow Prodistone, Lda. to process the order.

Once the customer clicks "Confirm Order", the data is sent to Prodistone, Lda., who will issue a Proforma Invoice for the order.

The Proforma Invoice will be sent by e-mail to the customer, together with an ATM (Multibanco) payment reference for the order amount.

The customer must make the payment through an ATM (Multibanco), with no need to send proof of payment to Prodistone, Lda. as this communication is automatic.

Upon receiving the automatic payment confirmation made by the customer, Prodistone, Lda. will proceed to send the goods, usually via CTT Expresso or another carrier to be designated, 1 to 2 days after payment (if the products are available in stock) or, in case they are not available, Prodistone, Lda. will inform the estimated date of delivery to the client.

Deliveries are made to addresses in Portugal only, working days from 08:00 to 18:00, to the address indicated by the customer, and it is not possible to deliver to P.O. boxes. If the customer is not at the indicated address during delivery time, CTT Expresso leaves a pick-up slip at that address which the customer can use to retrieve his order at the designated post station.
